Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac requests for additional backroom staff ahead of AFCON 2021

Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac has made a request to the Football Association to make additions to his backroom staff ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations. 

The Serbian trainer, who is deputized by Maxwell Konadu and Otto Addo wants to add new members to the technical team.

Information reaching GHANASoccernet.com reveals the coach wants to add a video analyst as well as a scout to his team for the tournament in Cameroon next year.

The Ghana Football Association and the management committee of the Black Stars will meet on Tuesday, December 14, to discuss issues with regards to the team's preparations and the coach's request.

"The meeting will discuss a number of issues including the finalization of Ghana’s preparatory programme for next year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon, the provisional squad list for the camping in Doha and Coach Milovan Rajevac’s request for an additional back room staff," wrote the FA on their official website.

The Black Stars will start preparations on December 22 in Doha and have lined up a series of friendlies before the nations cup next year.

Milovan Rajevac is also expected to name a provision squad in the coming days.
