Ghana forward Caleb Ekuban's goals contribute 20 points for Trabzonspor this season

Ghana forward Caleb Ekuban remains the most influential player for Trabzonspor in the 2020/21 season, with his goals contributing 20 points to the club. 

Ekuban secured an important point for the Black Sea Storms in the draw against Goztepe to ensure they climb to fourth on the table.

The 26-year-old is enjoying his most prolific campaign in the Turkish Super Lig this season, having scored nine goals so far, bettering his scoring rate by four goals from his previous two seasons.

Trabzonspor are yet to lose a game in which the Ghanaian has scored, having won six and drawn two.

Ekuban scored a goal each in the matches against Büyükşehir Belediye Erzurumspor and Göztepe, and scored the winner in the game against Çaykur Rizespor.

He also scored in the 2-1 wins against Fatih Karagümrük and Gençlerbirliği.

And his strikes against Sivasspor and Göztepe earned Trabzonspor 1-1 draws.

His only brace came in the 4-1 victory against MKE Ankaragücü.
