Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah says Juventus are aiming at the second consecutive Coppa Italia and Scudetto double but admits “it won’t be easy”.
The Bianconeri are three points clear at the top of Serie A, and have already secured a place in the cup final against Milan, having won both competitions last season.
"We started badly, then we’ve succeeded in a great comeback,” Asamoah told Sky. “Now we can’t throw away what we’ve done. At the end all that counts is who wins.
"We’ll have to make an extra effort in these last eight games. They’ll all be difficult, and to get the Scudetto we’ll have to win at least seven, but we’re ready.
"The double? We’ll try. It won’t be easy to repeat it after last year, but we’ll work hard to achieve it."
Asamoah, unlike three seasons ago, has been a bit-part player this term due to injuries.
