Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey recovers from injury, set to play for Arsenal against Norwich

Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey has started full training with Arsenal's first team after recovering from injury.

The midfield dynamo suffered an injury playing for Arsenal in pre-season against Chelsea, and has not featured for the club this season.

His return is huge boost for manager Mikel Arteta following the Gunners disastrous start to the season.

Arsenal have lost all three matches in the new season, including a 5-0 loss to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium before the international break.

Partey also missed Ghana's World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia last Friday.

However, he is expected to feature in the London side's game against Norwich City on Saturday, when the English Premier League returns from the international break.

The 28-year-old joined Arsenal last season from Spanish club Atletico Madrid on transfer deadline day.
