Ghana striker Benjamin Tetteh to be out for two months due to hamstring injury

Hull City striker Benjamin Tetteh will miss four to six weeks of action due to a hamstring injury.

The Ghana international was among the players who joined Hull City during the summer transfer window.

He joined Hull City from Turkish club Yeni Malatyaspor and has appeared in all of the club's first eight Championship games, assisting twice.

Tetteh has quickly become a fan favorite, but he'll be out for a while after suffering a hamstring injury after just 13 minutes of the game against Sheffield United last Sunday.

Tetteh will be out for ‘approximately’ four to six weeks, and is ruled out of Ghana's upcoming friendlies against Brazil and Nicaragua.

The 25-year-old is part of the 29-man squad but he will not honour the call-up due to the injury, with Black Stars coach Otto Addo is expected to name a replacement.
