Ghana winger Edwin Gyasi is unlikely to join Turkish outfit Besiktas this summer, a top Bulgarian football agent has claimed.

The CSKA Sofia wideman has been consistently linked with a move to Turkey as his contract nears expiration.

GHANAsoccernet.com reported that the 28-year-old has signed a pre-contract agreement with the Black Eagles.

Turkish newspaper Sabah corroborated the story by revealing Besiktas were keen to sign the Ghanaian from the Reds on a free transfer.

"We are really interested in Gyasi and we want to sign him in the summer. He is a very good player and every club wants to have him. We have been watching him for a long time. We'll see what happens in the summer. " Besiktas management is quoted as saying.

But it's now emerging that Besiktas are no  longer interested in the speedy wideman and will not make an effort to sign him in the summer.
