It is the first time in 14 years the club has reached the finals of the Cup competition.

Attamah enjoyed full throttle of the match as Kayserispor recorded a 4-2 in the second leg of the tie on Tuesday to advance on a 4-3 aggregate scoreline.

Trabzonspor took an early lead in the 3rd minute in the game at the Kadir Has Stadium in Kayseri after Nigerian forward Anthony Nwakaeme converted a penalty.

Kayserispor drew level three minutes into the second half through midfielder Emrah Bassan.

Iran international defender Majid Hosseini put the hosts in front for the first time in the game nine minutes later.

Trabzonspor restored parity in the 82nd minute with a goal coming from Greek midfielder Anastatios Bakasetas.

Kayserispor scored twice in stoppage time to overturn the first leg 1-0 defeat to make it to final of the cup competition for the first time since their last in the 2007/2008 season.

Reacting in a post, the Ghana defender tweeted, "We made it to the final …Inshallah we will win the cup ???? .. this is for the fans who have been with us throughout the season during tough times… This is for you"
