Ghanaian forward Kwadwo Opoku scores in Los Angeles 2-1 defeat against San Jose Earthquakes

Ghanaian forward Kwadwo Opoku scored in Los Angeles as they lost 2-1 against San Jose Earthquakes in the MLS.

The 21-year-old scored his seventh goal of the campaign despite the defeat at the PayPal Park on Sunday.5

Benjamin Kikanovic scored the first goal of the game for San Jose Earthquakes in the 14th minute.

Kwadwo Opoku got the equalizer for Los Angeles FC in the 54th minute before Cowell's game-winner in the 77th minute to seal the win for San Jose Earthquakes.

Latif Blessing played 63 minutes for Los Angeles in the game before he was substituted.
