Ghanaian goalkeepeer Rashid Nuhu has won the USL League One championship with Union Omaha following a win in the final against Greenville Triumph.

Nuhu was in a superb form as he lasted the entire duration of the game where he kept a clean sheet for Omaha who recorded a 3-0 win over Greenville in the play-offs.

Nuhu had a decent campaign this season having kept 10 clean sheets in 26 matches to help his side to clinch their very first silverware in American football history.

The Right To Dream graduate left Ghana to further his college career after he was admitted in Fordham Rams FC before moving to Westchester Flames.

The 25-year-old previously played for Westchester Flames on loan and New York Red Bulls before joining Omaha in February 2020.
