Ghanaian midfielder Ernest Paa Ohene has penned a contract extension with Oman top flight side Al Shabab SC until 2019.

The 26-year old midfielder is looking to repay the faith shown in him by the club in the coming campaign.

"I received a call from my agent that the club has taken the decision to extend my contract. He ask me to think about the decision because a lot of offers from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia were coming through.”

“The fans, management and entire team mates at Al Shabab are wonderful people, I want to be part of every history of this club. ” Ohene told Newsghana.com.gh.

The former SK Fresh FC star was rewarded with a one year contract extension on  Sunday after he underwent  a successful medical test at Al Shumoos Medical Center in Barka, Oman.

The Ghanaian forward has previously featured for USK Rubin Donetsk in Ukraine.

He was signed by Al Shabab SC after a debut season in the Omani league with Salalah Club in 2016.
