Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah is ready to negotiate a contract extension with Italian club Bologna.
Donsah has asked for an extension with the intention of going on loan again this season.
His current deal will expire next summer, hence it is either the club sells him or he leaves for free at the end of the upcoming season.
The 25-year-old understands he is not in the plans of the head coach Siniša Mihajlović having done little to convince him.
In the past season, he has played on loan at Cercle Brugge and Caykur Rizespor respectively.
Bologna signed Donsah from Cagliari in the summer of 2016 for 5 million euros.
