Ghanaian midfielder Isaac âTelly’ Shaze has been rewarded with a two-year contract at Swedish club Osters IF.
The 26-year-old earns the fresh deal after having over 1500 game time under his belt in his one-year spell at the club.
Shaze joined Osters IF from Ostersund in 2014 and has been used in several positions including center half, full back and his favourite central midfield position.
The former Right to Dream Academy player expressed his delight to extend his stay at the club before heading home to Ghana for holidays.
“I am both pleased and proud to extend my contract here,” he said.
“I can stay in Växjö and continue fighting for the club's ambitions to get higher up in the league system.
“I feel very good in the city and really feel for everything and everyone fighting for the club.
“Here I have all the opportunities to continue to develop as a football player and person.
“I'm already looking forward to next season, but before I go home to Ghana to visit my family and everyone in my home.”
