Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Osei Banahene scored the only goal for Ismaily in their 1-0 win over Zamalek in the Egyptian top-flight on Monday.
The Ghanaian squeezed the match winner in the 33rd minute to hand the visitors the precious points at the Petrosport Stadium in Kattameya.
The win has lifted Ismaily to the 5th position on the table.
Compatriot Torric Jebrin also featured for Ismaily.
