Ghanaian winger Ernest Asante is determined to spearhead IK Start's promotion back to the Norwegian Tippeligaen.
The 23-year-old is Start's top scorer with six goals, provided six assists in all 15 games of the season for the two-time Norwegian champions.
He insists his impressive run of form would be the catalyst for Start's return to the top flight league.
"I will spearhead the promotion campaign. I have already scored six goals and provided six assists," Asante told GHANAsoccernet.com
"IK Start have a great tradition in Norway and we are ensuring that we gain promotion back to the Tippeligaen. I have scored six goals and provided six assist." He added.
Start have opened a 7 point lead at the top of the table.
