Pep Guardiola wants Manchester City's summer business completed early.
The Mirror says Guardiola has told director of Football Txiki Begiristain that he needs signings in the bag by the time the European Championship in France kicks off in France on June 10.
Guardiola has been handed a blank cheque to rebuild City's ageing squad – and he will not be wasting any time.
The Spaniard does not officially take over from Manuel Pellegrini until July 1.
And he could be without several of his players when pre-season training begins two weeks later depending on their progress at the Euros.
