The adage that ‘two heads are better than one’ is platitude that is not supposed to be taken for granted in all walks of life especially in football circles. So far as humans continue to live on earth and play football, this saying will continue to live with us into foreseeable future.

Often times than not, we eulogize head coaches and technical directors than their assistants but most assistants are the first point of call whenever the head coach wants to transmute anything on the pitch.

I believe they have been behind the scenes working and many football fans will have to know them and start to appreciate them as we do for those who assist goal scorers in games.
