According to reports, Hearts of Oak head coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi refused to receive his monthly salary in protest of his unpaid backroom staff.

Yatsuhashi’s assistants and members of the technical team have not been paid for March.

The Japanese trainer has decided to put his remuneration on hold until his members are paid.

Hearts of Oak are in action on Saturday against Division One League side Samartex FC.
