Hearts of Oak's top striker Sam Yeboah is eager to score more goals for the Phobians in the Ghana Premier League after his impressive start for the Accra-based side.

The former Israel league top scorer opened the scoring for the Phobians this season when scoring the only goal in the victory over New Edubiase in their opening game of the season.

Yeboah, who also played in the Belgian top-flight, could not score in the subsequent matches against Medeama and Dwarfs.

With Hearts playing Bechem in their fourth match of the season, the striker is confident he will score more goals for the Phobians.

“Goal scoring is the hallmark of every good striker, and, that is also what I am working on for the benefit of the club and my career,” Yeboah said. “I was brought here to score goals for Accra Hearts of Oak, and, this is something I am committed to doing to make my employers and fans happy at all times. “I cannot be satisfied with my performance if I am not in among the goals.

“Everywhere I have gone, I have scored goals and I want it to continue with Accra Hearts of Oak."

Hearts are among the top sides in the league so far as they are tied with top team Wa All Stars on seven points at the top of the table.
