Hearts of Oak’s physical instructor W.O Tandoh is content with his team’s output in Sunday’ one all draw with rivals Asante Kotoko.

The Phobians have been in residential camp for over a month at Prampram where the team is said to have been taken through several physical conditional exercises ahead of the start of the new Premier League season scheduled to commence on October 9.

And this, Tandoh told GHANAsoccernet.com is beginning to manifest in the team’s play but has still some work to do in reaching its physical peak.

“The team’s physical conditioning is now about 75% complete,” he said.

“We have been working on this for the past month or so while in camp at Prampram and you could clearly see an improvement in the match but we still have some work to do.”

The playing body which returned to Accra immediately after the game have been given a day off to recover and will reconvene on Tuesday to finalize preparations for Saturday’s return friendly fixtrure with Kotoko.
