Hearts to put seven first-team members on transfer-list

Hearts of Oak are planning to transfer-list seven senior team members for non-performance, Happy FM has reported.

Defender Osei Bonsu and winger Douglas Nkrumah are among the high profile players who will be put on the transfer-list due to limited opportunities this season.

Midfielder Kofi Abanga, Isaac Ofori and Karim Sadat are also on their way out of the club as head coach David Duncan attempts to overhaul his team.

New recuit Seth Owusu who joined from Medeama at the start of the season is also among the list of players expected to be be affected by the reshuffle.

The performance of the left-back has come under intense criticism since he joined the side.

He has been frozen out of coach Duncan’s plans after he made startling allegations about the use of ‘black power’ by the players against each other.

Striker Richard Addai will also be farmed out after struggling to command regular playing time at the club.
