They are without a win in four matches as they languish in second-bottom on the table.
WAFA have also lost their last two home matches- against Karela and King Faisal.
In fairness, head coach Guille and his boys have not been abysmal but lack the cutting edge.
They need a win against the Pride of the North to enhance their chances of escaping relegation.
Real Tamale United are without a win in six matches but have won once on the road this season.
That was when they beat Berekum Chelsea 1-0 at the Golden City Park in Berekum in December.
RTU are 14th place on the table with 21 points.
