Black Satellites beat Euro Africa in friendly ahead of WAFU Zone B U20 Cup of Nations

Ghana's U20 team, the Black Satellites defeated Euro Africa 1-0 in a friendly at the Accra Sports Stadium as preparations continue ahead of the WAFU Zone B U20 Cup of Nations next month. 

King Faisal forward Ibrahim Zubairu's second half penalty secured victory for the Black Satellites to make it two wins in two matches in their preparatory games.

The team earlier defeated Divisi0n One side Tema Youth 2-1 at the Accra Sports stadium before the slim win against Euro Africa.

The Black Satellites will next face Hearts of Lions before leaving for Niger for the WAFU tournament.

Ghana have been drawn in group B alongside Nigeria and Burkina Faso.

The Africa U20 champions will face the flying Eagles in their first game at the competition in Niamey, before taking on the young Stallions.

The winner and runner up from the tournament qualifies for the Africa U20 Cup of Nations.
