Ghanaian forward Kwaku Osei Bonsu registered his sixth assist of the season in FC Caracas’s 2-0 win over Managas in the Venezuela Liga FUTVE play-off.
Bonsu played a critical role in the lead up to the first goal which was converted by Benin international Samson Akinyoola in the 15th minute.
Two minutes later, the former Bechem United attacker assisted the second goal, teeing up once again with Akinyoola to put Caracas 2-0 up.
Caracas's intensity tailed off a bit in the second half as Managas managed to put together an impressive spell of possession to threaten their opponents.
Osei Bonsu was substituted to make way for teammate Miguel Celis in the 68th minute.
The 21-year-old has three goals and six assists in eight matches.
