Five different players got their names on the scoresheet for Inter, with Lautaro Martinez getting the show on the road by connecting with an excellent Denzel Dumfries cross. The Dutch right-back impressed throughout, offering a constant threat.

Milan Skrinniar and Nicolo Barella got two more before the break and Matias Vecino had a simple finish to make it four early in the second half.

Substitute Edin Dzeko then bagged himself a five-minute double and, after 68 minutes, the Nerazurri led by six goals and the game was well and truly done. Arthur Theate denied the hosts a clean sheet with by heading in a debut goal near the end.

Next up for Inter, who remain unbeaten in Serie A this season, is a trip to Fiorentina on Tuesday.
