Isco became a trending topic in Spain on Tuesday for liking a post by rapper Rayden.
The rapper had shared a photo of a t-shirt.
"All Cayetanos are bastards," was the message on it, referring to the group of anti-government protesters in Madrid's Salamanca area who have been labelled "the Cayetanos".
The ACAB initials are more commonly used for the term "All cops are bastards", but was updated to refer to recent events in the capital.
By liking the post, Isco received some criticism and some support.
