Juande Ramos to apply for Ghana job

Ghanasoccernet.com can exclusively reveal that former Real Madrid and Tottenham Hotspur manager Juande Ramos has expressed interest in the vacant Black Stars coaching post.

The Spaniard’s CV and application letter are ready with local agent Michael Cook and will be  presented to the Ghana Football Association on Monday.

Ramos, 55, signed Kevin-Prince Boateng to White Harte Lane in 2007 before joining Spanish giants Real Madrid in 2008.

A tall list of expatriate coaches have lined up for the post which was abandoned by Serbian Milovan Rajevac.

Ex-Switzerland international and former Hertha Berlin manager Lucien Favre has also expressed interest in the job.
