And De Gea's contract at United is due to expire in June.
Calciomercato.com says Juve could swoop in if the star goalkeeper becomes a free agent in the summer.
United are assessing their long-term plans and a change in goal can't be ruled out, even though De Gea has improved recently and has been integral in the last 11 years at Old Trafford.
