Ghanaian midfielder Kamal Issah is relieved his first goal of the season helped Stabaek move out of the relegation zone in the Norwegian Eliteserien.
The 23-year-old kept his composure to finish off a move inside the box to cancelled out the visitors lead.
Brann shot ahead Azar Karadas in the 67th minute with a fine header but the leveller from Issah was recorded in the 72nd minute.
"I think the match is very important for us to get a point. We were looking for the three points but we got the one point so not everyone is happy but to get a point in a difficult game like this, it's really important," he told the club's official website.
