Kayserispor coach Robert Prosinecki has told the club not to sanction Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Mensah's proposed move to Fenerbahce.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to the Turkish giants in January following a series of fine performances in the Super Lig.
This season, he has made 10 league appearances for the Anatolian Star.
Earlier this month the player said he would be open to joining Fenerbahce.
However, considering Kayserispor standing on the league, Prosinecki has blocked the move. Kayserispor are last with 10 points after 17 matches and are fighting for survival.
The Croatian has also requested for six new players to beef up the squad.
