German-born Ghanaian midfielder Kingsley Schindler has opened up on the secret behind his current form for Holstein Kiel.
Schindler began the Bundesliga II campaign slowly after failing to hit the heights set last term
However, the 25-year-old has found his mojo in front of goal for the Storks in recent time after scoring five times in in his last five games to help the club to 6th on the log after 15 games.
When quizzed about the secret of his new-found form after registering a goal against Duisburg on Sunday, Schindler disclosed that the weight of expectations on his shoulder caused his slow start to the campaign but indicated that he has recovered and looking forward to banging in a few.
"It is normal for every player to be in a form like this. It was the last time with me, I had a lot in my head, but now I am free again and therefore it runs on the place again better," he told the club's website.
Schindler is on the verge of breaking his last season's 12-goal haul after scoring 6 in 15 in all competitions.
