Hearts of Oak coach Kosta Papic is in an emergency meeting with his representative to decide his long-term future at the Ghanaian powerhouse with a decision set to be made in the next couple of hours, GHANAsoccernet.com can report.

The Serbian gaffer will bow out of the club on Monday  if he not convinced to stay amid suspicion and allegation of interference.

The 60-year-old is determined to leave after holding a marathon meeting with the club's board last week.

He is reported to be unhappy and wants out after just TWO Months at the Ghanaian giants.

Papic returned to the former African champions in December 2020 and enjoyed a terrific start to life in the capital.

But results have changed in recent matches - leading some amount of apprehension within the supporters.

It's been claimed in the local media that the former Chippa United, Black Leopards and Polokwane City gaffer is unenthused about unsolicited intrusion and wants to leave.

It will be a massive blow to the Ghanaian giants who have struggled to win the league a little over a decade.

Hearts have slipped to 11th on the league table with 17 points with a game in hand against sworn rivals Asante Kotoko.

Papic has an extensive experience in Africa having coached in Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria and Tanzania.

He has previously managed  Lobi Stars, Enyimba FC, Enugu Rangers, Maritzburg United, Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs, Young Africans SC, Chippa United, Black Leopards and Polokwane City.
