Asante Kotoko officials are in South Africa to land a kit sponsorship deal and another partnership agreement.

The club’s Executive chairman Dr KK Sarpong and International Relations consultant Kwame Baah-Nuakoh will be looking to conclude talks with an unnamed firm for a kit sponsorship deal in Pretoria.

The two will also hold talks with South African top flight club Bidvest Wits over an intended exchange program with the Ghanaian champions.

“We have held talks with them (unnamed firm) and so we are going to South Africa to hold discussions with the kit manufacturers at their Africa Office in Cape Town so that Asante Kotoko would also benefit,” Kotoko’s International Relations Manager Kwame Baah Nuakoh told Angel FM

“We will also hold talks with Bidvest Wits with a view to starting an exchange programme with them in terms of movement of players, since Bidvest Wits also have a partnership with Sunderland.”

Kotoko are currently the most sponsored club in Ghana with 11 corporate firms in support.

The club is also in a process of landing another landmark deal with Ghanaian IT manufacturing firm RLG.
