Kotoko thump FK Zadruger 5-0 on Serbia tour

Asante Kotoko thrashed Serbian third-tier side  FK Zadruger 5-0 on Thursday in a practice match played in Zlatibor.

Striker Nafiu Iddrisu scored four goals in the second half after teenager Harif Mohammed had scored in the first half.

Iddrisu's goals included a penalty and three powerful drives from outside the box.

Kotoko coach Bogdan Korak used the match to test his fringes players who responded well.

The match is not one of the four confirmed matches for the Kumasi-based side but officials of F.K Zadruger insisted that the tradition was that any team that comes on a training tour of the town play them.
