LIGUE 1 - Clubs piling up after Marseille powerhouse Kamara

Published on: 06 December 2021

Proficiently playing first-team football for Olympique de Marseille since 2017/18, 22-year old French U21 international defensive midfielder and centre-back Boubacar Kamara is reportedly tracked by an increasing number of European prominent clubs. To this end, the 1999-born, already pursued by Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig, has also been targeted by AC Milan, Barcelona FC, according to El Nacional.

Only on a deal with Ohème until June 2022, Kamara was previously inquired about by more clubs around, including Juventus, Manchester City, and Real Madrid. Roughly worth 30 million euros, the young player might be put up for sale on a much lower sum, ahead of next January, since Marseille would otherwise lose him on a free move once current season's over.
