Liverpool and Manchester City are in talks with Barcelona for goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

Ter Stegen has made no secret of his frustration with coach Luis Enrique's goalkeeping rotation policy.

Don Balon says Liverpool and City are now in contact with Barca about Ter Stegen's availability.

Liverpool have offered €24 million for the Germany keeper. However, City have indicated they will go to €30 million for Ter Stegen.

Barca have welcomed the offers and are willing to cash in on the 23 year-old this summer.
