Minister of Information, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has asked 'football people' to make a good presentation on how football can be played again without affecting the health of its stakeholders if they want ban on the game lifted.

Football and all sporting activities has been suspended due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

However, government's decision to lift restrictions to movement in the West African nation has forced some football administrators to call for the return of football.

"Don't be angry, we talking about people's safety here, protecting lives is at stake, so there should be no reason to be angry," Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah told Atinka TV.

"The football people should take their time and make a good representation on how they can play football again whiles they can still protect people, don't be angry," he added.

"When you do that government will have discussion on it."

"For instance Golf Association have brought their presentation urging government to open the various golf parks for them and even gave meassures they have put in place to allow them play their game amid covid-19."

"So this is not time for GFA to be angry but rather should follow same step"
