Medeama will depart for Tunisia on Thursday evening ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup round of 32 clash against Al Ittihad.

The Ghanaian side, who are expected to announce their travelling squad, will fly to Istanbul enroute to Sfaxien.

They will be on board a Turkish airline and leave the country at 9:30 pm for the crucial first leg tie.

The game has been moved to Tunisia due to the unstable political situation in Libya.

The Ghanaian side will fancy their chances against an opponent who beat Nigerien side Sonidep 4-3 on aggregate to advance to this stage.

The FA and Super Cup holders missed out on qualification to the group stage three years ago by a whisker after losing on penalties to Congolese side AC Leopards.
