Midfielder Jordan Opoku has signed for Berekum Chelsea for three years, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
The ex-Asante Kotoko enforcer returned to the country after a six-month spell with Albanian side Dinamo Tirana.
But the 26-year-old refused to re-sign for Kotoko and opted to join the Berekum-based side.
"We have signed him and we believe his experience over the years will help us retain our league title," Chelsea Chief Executive Nana Kwame Nketiah told GHANAsoccernet.com
He was a member of Ghana's squad that won silver at the maiden CHAN tournament in Ivory Coast in 2009.
