A stunning goal by talented Morocco star Ouinekh helped the North Africans to seal the confidence-boosting victory as the two sides prepared for future tournaments.
Ghana raced into the lead on two minutes when Milot Pokuaa left her marker crawling with a neat dribble before firing from the edge of the box to the top corner.
Chebbak converted a penalty in the 32nd minute when a Ghanaian defender brought down a Morocco in the box to draw the home side level after lively exchanges.
Faustina Akpo scored a consolations for the Ghanaians' as strikes by Ouinekh and Ait El Haj sealed the victory for the ambitious north Africans who are putting in place measures to dominate improve women's football in their country.
Ouinekh's goal was the talking point of the game as her masterful free-kick from 30 yards was too hot for the Ghanaian goalkeeper to handle.
The match played at the iconic Complexe Mohammed VI de Football is part of Morocco's strategy to build stronger ties with the rest of the continent.
The Coupe Internationale Féminine, organised by the Federation Royale Marocaine de Football (FRMF), saw two African sides Ghana and Gabon playing friendlies in the North African country.
It is also part of the measures by the FRMF to further strengthen its already robust relationship with federations across the continent.
