National Women’s League side Sea Lions have told head coach Eddie Williams to step aside.

Assistant coach Ali has been asked to take temporary charge of the Elmina-based side.

He will prepare the team for the Normalisation Committee Special Competition.

Sea Lions are yet to disclose the reason behind their decision to punish the head coach.

Williams is also the goalkeepers’ trainer for the Black Queens.
