Neil Amstrong-Mortagbe must give up his place as a GHALCA Executive Committee member to contest the Ghana FA presidency.

This is speculated in the rules and regulations of the Football Association.

The Fifa Management consultant declared his intention to contest Kwesi Nyantakyi for the FA’s presidency last week.

Mortagbe's candidature has been seen as a ploy by incumbent Kwesi Nyantakyi to sway attention from fiercest rival Vincent Sowah-Odotei.
