Image source – ATP Tour   Miami Open is underway and it has reached the semi-finals stage as Karen Khachanov will face Daniil Medvedev, meanwhile, Carlos Alcaraz will face Jannik Sinner. Khacanov defeated Francisco Cerundolo with a 6-3 6-2 score and reached the semis, meanwhile, Medvedev faced Christopher Eubanks and celebrated a 6-3 7-5 victory in the quarter-finals. “Semifinal here in Miami!💪🏻🙏🏻🔥 Let’s go!!! @miamiopen,” Khachanov wrote on Instagram ahead of the match. The semi-final between Khachanov and Medvedev will take place on Friday, March 31 at 1 pm ET.

Khachanov failed to reach the AUS Open final that will take place on Sunday, January 29 after a defeat against Stefanos Tsitsipas. Tsitsipas celebrated a 7-6(2) 6-4 6-7(6) 6-3 win and reached the final where he will face the winner of Djokovic/Paul. Australian Open is currently underway as it has reached the quarter-final stage. Khachanov defeated Sebastian Korda in the quarter-finals and reached the semi-finals. Korda had to retire due to injury as Khachanov advanced with a  7-6(5) 6-3 3-0 win.
