Pictures: Foreign-based players beaten by Nania FC in Anagblah memorial game

A team with a galaxy of Foreign-based players fell 1-0 to Ghana second tier club Nania FC in a game played at Legon in memory of Jordan Anagblah.

The Ghana FA Vice President passed away on Thursday morning after losing his battle to illness at the SSNIT Hospital.

The game which was hosted by Ghana midfielder Andre Ayew was originally planned to take place on Thursday to keep the players who are on post-season holidays fit while presenting an opportunity interact with the media and their fans.

Thursday morning's unfortunate news however altered the plans which necessitated the game being postponed to the following day in honour of the 55-year-old football administrator.

The well attended event started on an uncertain note with the delay of the stars to the Nania Park but emerged a huge success at the end of the day.
