In-form Ghanaian attacker, Morgan Fassbender was on target for the second game running as SV Meppen defeated Wurzburger Kickers in the Bundesliga III in Germany.

The Stuttgart-born winger netted a brace as Meppen recorded a 3-1 victory on the road to extend their winning streak to five games.

Wurzburger Kickers opened the scoring after 25 minutes through Tobias Kraulich, but the Fassbender leveled ten minutes later to keep the game at 1-1 before the half time break.

Luka Tankulic then shot Meppen into the lead after the break for the Ghanaian attacker put the icing on the cake with his second of the game.

Morgan Fassbender has been in a rich vein of form this season, and was on target when Meppen thumped Viktoria Koln 4-0 in midweek.

He has now netted three goals in 17 games for the Blues.
