Ghana and Red Star Belgrade forward Richmond Boakye-Yiadom says he will be ready for a new challenge when a good offer presents itself.

The Serbia based forward has enjoyed the best of his football career with Red Star Belgrade, having joined the club on loan in 2016 before making a permanent move in 2017.

"This club is the best I have joined because I got the chance to play in the UEFA Champions League and the Europa League," he told Tv3 Sports. "It was one of the things I was looking out for," he added.

"Red Star Belgrade have been good to me and they have been like a family to me. For me the only thing I can do for them is to keep scoring."

The 27-year old has seven months left on his current deal with the Serbian giants, and insists he is ready to move onto a new challenge.

"I still have seven or eight months left on my contract and if God bring a good move to me and they accept, I will move on to another challenge," says the 27-year old.

Boakye-Yiadom previously played for Genoa, Juventus, Atalanta and Sasuolo before moving to Serbia. He had a brief stint with Chinese side Jiangsu Suning in 2018.
