Cristiano Ronaldo wants to play out his career with Real Madrid.

Marca says Ronaldo is ready to sit down and discuss a new long-term deal with Real which will see him stay until 2018.

Talks are expected to begin formally at the end of the season and would see Ronaldo in a Real shirt until he was 33 years of age.

The former Manchester United star has been thinking about committing his career to Real ever since crisis talks in midseason after he was booed by his own fans.

The reaction by Real president Florentino Perez impressed both Ronaldo and agent Jorge Mendes - and resulted in all parties agreeing to explore extending the relationship.

Now Ronaldo is ready to sit down and discuss a 'lifetime' deal with Florentino.
