Ghanaian striker Sadat Karim scored his first goal of the season on Tuesday for Halmstad in their 2-0 league win over Ãster in the Swedish second-tier.
The 28-year-old grabbed the go-ahead goal on 25 minutes at the Ãrjans Vall.
He was making his 11th league appearance for the season in the Superettan.
Karim was replaced by Mikael Boman on the 76th minute mark while compatriot Thomas Boakye lasted the entire duration.
Halmstads' second goal was scored by Edvin Kurtulus in the 69th minute.
