Sekondi Hasaacas assistant coach Joe Agyemang Jnr says his players had to punch above their weight to earn a point at New Edubiase United.

The Western Giants played a 0-0 draw at the Gyamfi Park in Bekwai on Wednesday.

Hasaacas were less fancied to make an impact after losing at home to Hearts of Oak last Sunday but they defied the odds to return home unscathed.

"Both sides sold a great game, I will personally thank my players for that nice performance, it was indeed a great game," Agyemang said.

"The position for both sides is not that encouraging and getting a draw means we have done a great home work.

"It was a maximum performance from both sides, the game was good and those supporters that witnessed this game indeed have a story to tell."
