Striker Mahatma Otoo has refused to pledge his future to Hearts of Oak â⬓ further fueling speculations he will be leaving at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old is being courted by several clubs both within and abroad as his existing deal with the Phobians is set to expire at the end of the current campaign.
Rivals; Asante Kotoko have announced the intention to open formal talks with the Hearts of Oak captain who is free to negotiate a new deal with any club of his choice per the FIFA rules regarding player transfers.
The Ghana international is however being engaged by Hearts officials over a contract renewal.
The former Sporting Mirren player has however casted great doubts over his stay at Hearts by refusing to declare he wants to remain with the Phobians.

Otooââ¬â¢s evasiveness on the subject of his stay at Hearts could give impetus to Kotokoââ¬â¢s bid to sign him at the end of the season.
English club Sunderland are also said to be interested with Olympique Lyon and Mamelodi Sundowns also waiting to pounce.
