Ghanaian striker Ernest Papa Arko scored for his club Gaish in the Egyptian top-flight on Friday, helping them to a 2-1 win over Arab Contractors.Ã Ã
Arko helped his side to rally from a goal down to win the game in Cairo.
Ali Fathiââ¬â¢s opened the scoring for the visitors but goals from Amer Sabri and Arko before the break helped Gaish to seal the turnaround.
The win took Gaish to fourth on the table ahead of Saturdayââ¬â¢s matches.
The match start was delayed for around 10 minutes as referee Hamdi Shaaban withdrew from taking over after refusing to have an advertisement on his shirt.
It is believed that Shaaban's stance came in protest over unpaid wages.
